TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Owner of the Vehicle agrees to pay the Rental. 

The vehicle owner must insure the vehicle and keep it insured during the storage period and provide evidence of insurance upon request by Hagans Leisure Ltd. 

The vehicle must be secured as per the conditions of the insurance policy with respect of the stored vehicle. 

All personal effects and valuables must be removed from the vehicle, and the windows and door to remain locked during the period on site. Any items left in the vehicle are left at the owner's risk. 

By entering into this agreement, the owner warrants that he/she has both ownership and legal title to the vehicle. 

All gas bottles are to be switched off or removed when the vehicle is on site. No other noxious, hazardous or explosive substances or preparations are allowed on site. 

Access to the site is as per the opening times. Check our website/Facebook. 

Please be aware that all entry and exit movements may be logged and that the storage facility may be covered by CCTV, some of which is recorded and stored. 

The vehicle is to be parked correctly within the allocated plot. 

The vehicle and the allocated plot area must be kept tidy and no litter left behind. 

Storage spaces are not transferrable to third parties.  One vehicle per storage pitch. 

Vehicles should be kept clean, mechanically sound, and in good condition. 

No trading is permitted from the site, and the vehicle must not be offered or advertised for sale while on site.

The vehicle must not be inhabited during the storage period. 

No third-party sub-contractors are permitted to work within our premises and no major repairs to the vehicle are to be carried out on site. 

The rental fee is payable in accordance with the payment terms. Hagans Leisure Ltd may increase the rental fee at any time and shall give the vehicle owner no less than one month's notice of an increase. 

In the event of the rental being overdue Hagans Leisure Ltd will have the right to suspend access to the site until such time as the payment is made by the vehicle owner. 

 In the event arrears are older than 6 months, Hagans Leisure Ltd may sell the vehicle to recover any outstanding debt. The outstanding arrears will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale, as will any reasonable costs incurred. The remaining balance will be retained to await collection. Hagans Leisure Ltd will seek to obtain the best price available. 

Should you damage a third party's vehicle or property you are required to report the matter immediately to Hagans Leisure Ltd. 

Periodic checks may be made on the identity of all vehicles stored on the site. 

Hagans Leisure Ltd reserves the right to refuse any vehicle not deemed acceptable. 

Hagans Leisure Ltd reserves the right to ask the owner to remove their vehicle from the site if they do not abide by these terms and conditions. 

No unauthorised access is allowed to any person other than the owner of the vehicle stored in the compound.

Hagans Leisure Ltd will not be liable for any damage to the vehicle or its contents unless such damage is caused by the negligence of Hagans Leisure Ltd. Similarly Hagans Leisure Ltd shall not be held liable for loss or damage caused by other vehicle owners or their vehicles. 

Where it appears that a vehicle has been brought onto the storage site for the purpose of abandoning it, Hagans Leisure Ltd may arrange disposal of the and any costs incurred will be recovered from the person who brought the vehicle onto the storage site. 

Should the vehicle be damaged whilst on site you should immediately inform Hagans Leisure Ltd, the police and your insurers. The vehicle is left at your own risk. 

Any changes to the details provided by you in this agreement to be notified to Hagans Leisure Ltd. 

Whilst Hagans Leisure does their utmost to provide security for the vehicle stored with them, it is impossible to completely eliminate the risk of theft or damage.
